The Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJIA) experienced very volatile trading as it was down around 200 points at one point in the trading session before recovering and limiting its losses to 15.69 points to close at 12845.78.
The local equities market got its initial confidence as WallStreet recovered from its early losses. The expected rebound ensued.

Market Close.
The market rebounded from oversold level to test the 3,000 level.
But investors remain jittery and again turned to selling ahead of the weekend.They are wary of the uncertainty this long trading lull would bring.
The 2880-2900 support level was hit. The Chart gap at the 2886-2901 level opened last Dec 27-28, 2006 was closed.
