The local equities market was lower today and continued to trade in a narrow range. Even as the Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJIA) fell almost 300 points and gave back its huge gains previously; the Philippine Stock Exchange Index (PSEi) limited its losses and stayed above the 2700 level.
