WallStreet had a strong rally to once again hurdle above the 10,000 level. The DJIA is poised to test its Oct. 7, 2008 high at 10,124.03. The local equities market opened strong and advanced by more than 1.5% because of the huge gains in WallStreet. The Philippine Stock Exchange (PSEi) closed at its high.
