WallStreet advanced by almost two hundred points overnight as the 3rd qtr GDP figure of 3.5% had analysts looking at an end of the recession. The Philippine Stock Exchange Index (PSEi) immediately breached the 2900 level at the opening and was able to hold above it until the close.
