The Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) resumed its trading after a four day layoff. Trading was largely lethargic when it opened. It however turned erratic but was not as volatile as WallStreet's gyrations in the past days. For the day; the Philippine Stock Exchange index (PSEi) moved in a 40 point range (20 points below and 20 points above, its previous close).
