The Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJIA) was up 133.23 points (+1.00%) and closed at 13424.88 as the " probability of expectations" of a 1/2 percentage point cut in the Fed Reserve rates rose.
The rise in WallStreet did not affect the local equities market as it continues to consolidate at the 3300 level. The market though, stayed in the positive territory for the whole trading session.
