The DJIA is currently trading just a little more than 1.5% below its all time high level of around 14,000. In effect, it seems that the sub prime lending woes are being completely discounted. But is the problem already solved by the 50 basis point Fed Rate cut? The US market may still be prone to large or sudden swings.
