The Philippine Stock Market - December 22, 2008

The local equities market declined sharply as most investors were already keeping to the sidelines ahead of the long holiday break. The Philippine Stock Exchange Index (PSEi) fell more than 3.0% and dragged down the hopes of a huge rally these last remaining trading days of 2008.
