WallStreet suffers another huge drop on continuing concerns of the ailing automotive industry which could cost up to 3 million jobs. Ths Big 3 manufacturers are seeking a bailout plan for te industry. The DJIA broke below the 8000 level and closed near its low.

The big loss in WallSTreet again unnerves asian stock markets and the local equities market immediately opened lower. The Philippine Stock Exchange Index (PSEi) was not able to recover and once again fell below the 1900 level.
