WallStreet mounts another huge rally to close at a new high since January. The DJIA ends well above the 9000 level.

The local equities market got a big boost from WallStreet and other Asian equities markets. The Philippine Stock Exchange Index (PSEi) closes a chart gap at the 2672-2667 levels left open since September 11-12, 2008 and is at its highest levels since then.
