WallStreet ends a bit lower after trading in a relatively narrow range.
The local equities market however, continued its rise and closed near its high. The Philippine Stock Exchange Index (PSEi) breaks the Nov. 12, 2009 high of 3073.92 and is at its highest levels since March 7, 2008. Value turnover however was a little lower than previous days.
