The Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJIA) fell by 108.28 points (-0.77%)to close below the 14000 level. It ended at 13394.80.
PLDT ADRs were down by $0.72 and closed at $67.80 which when coverted is below the PhP 3000 level. PLDT ended yesterday's trade in th PSE at PhP 3085.

The drop in WallStreet again stymied the momentum in the local equities market. Negative sentiment pervaded during the day's trading.
