January-September (2007) budget deficit

The deficit for the first nine months of the year was at PhP 40 billion, which is PhP 14 billion lower than the programmed deficit of PhP 54 billion.

Revenues - PhP 812.3 bilion (+13.5% year-on-year)
Expenditures - PhP 852.30 (+9.8%)

Revenue flows - short of the goal by PhP 24.70 billion
Actual disbursement - PhP 38.70 less than the programmed PhP 891 billion

In September:
Deficit totaled PhP 14.5 billion from PhP 16.2 billion in 2006.
Expenses were at PhP 95.4 billion (PhP 2.3 billion less than the limit set by the Development Budget Coordination Committee - DBCC)
Revenues totaled PhP 80.9 billion (around PhP 300 million less than programmed)
The government actually set a PhP 17 billion deficit.
