The Philippine Stock Market - September 22, 2009

The Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJIA) was lower by 41.34 points overnight and closed at 9778.86.

The local equities market opened weak and was lower today after the long weekend. The Philippine Stock Exchange Index (PSEi) however recovered most of its earlier losses and closed with only a slight decline.
